I ordered a dress, same day I was charged the amount of the dress
on my bank account, a month later I got contacted via email that the dress is not in stock. Customer services tell me the accountant will schedule refunds within a week, 3 days, and another week. No show
It exceeded the 30 business day policy to 3 months..
Bad business
