I made an order, did not get a confirmation.instead, I got a note about the company's moving process. The charge showed up on my card so I thought I would try e-mailing the company. I got no response. That was when I found this site and all the reports saying the same thing.
I tried another approach which worked, once. I put "consumer complaints.com" in the subject line. You guessed it... A response, and confirmation that my order was being shipped on... You guessed it, Monday.
This all started on April 20th of 2006. It is May 24th now. I have contacted my credit card company and the State's Attorney Office. Perhaps I will get something for my $50.00, maybe not... But I am not going to just stop trying.
