I discovered a charge to my bank account for $9.95 and it said Auction.com. I went to the website and emailed the company and told them that they charged my account without my knowledge or consent and I asked them to refund the money that they took back to my account. A guy emailed me back, asking if I canceled my seller account. I replied yes. He emailed back stating that I would not be charged again and I replied that the money that I was charge was not authorized.
I used Auction.com a year ago once and all of a sudden I have charge for $9.95 that no one can explain. I am a little upset because I sent one last email requesting a refund and I have heard nothing. The bank will get my money back but it is the principle. No honest company does this.
Stay away from Auction.com. Do not give them any of your information. My next call is to the Boonton, New Jersey Police department to find out if they have any info on this company. This is just a warning to anyone who m
