I have a concern about an online auction entity. I won an auction on February 13. To date I have not received the item or any indication as to when I will receive same. There is no phone number in which to contact the company. Consequently I have emailed them three times. The first time I emailed them I was offered a credit but no indication as to when the item would be shipped. I subsequently emailed them on two occasions and was ignored.in fact, I can no longer access my account online using correct user name and password. It has now been almost 90 days since I won the auction and have not received the item. This company is practicing internet fraud and needs to be stopped.
