First of all, I saw an ad about this auction site that stated you could join for free and receive your first 100 bids for free. I too, was mislead on the sign-up page and was re-directed to a page that required credit card info. To start. I just assumed they would have this information on file in case an auction was won. Wrong, they charged me $150.00 sign-up fee, in which I could not get a refund for. So, I went along, because my hands were tied. I also had to email them twice in order to get the 100 free bids they promised in their advertising.
Next, I started bidding on auctions and did win several auctions. I thought, ok, I could make up the money lost by winning some of these auctions. Wrong... I am still waiting for the products that I won over a month ago! They charged my credit card for the product I won and the shipping charge (which is a ripoff in and of itself) and I still have yet to receive my products.
I emailed the company asking for my products and was told it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. Again, that was over a month ago... I have emailed them several times since and they have not responded to any more of my emails.
They are listed on the BBBonline.com and have several complaints against them. I have also filed a complaint asking for a full and complete refund from this rip off auction site. I suggest you do the same, as well as let everyone you know, to "Not" join or sign-up for this auction site!
