I won an auction on ebay for a gameboy advance game-marble maddness. I sent the moneyorder to the address for a total of $5.96.1 penny for the game, and $5.95 for shipping.
I emailed the seller to inquire if they got the moneyorder, and the reponse email that I received was a non-payment strike against me.
I emailed them once again to ask why in the world I got a strike, and they replied by saying that I didn't send enough money, and that they emailed me telling me to send more. I, in turn emailed them saying that I sent exactally how much was stated on the final invoice after the auction ended.
They addmitted to changing the shipping costs after the auction ended, and that they no longer had the game in stock. For the next week, I have received multiple harassing emails in response to my questions about how to resolve this issue.
They refuse to send the game or refund my money, and say that if I contact them again, they will call the police.
