Their service was horrible, the phones were very cheap.
I had them for about 3 months when i couldn't take their lousy service.
I had tried to called them before but i couldn't ever get though. I finally e-mailed them, they e-mailed me back a week later. The told me to try to call them because the couldn't help me thrugh e-mail.
I waited for the bill and it was already 3 months that i had the phone i finally received the bill with a lot of added fees.
I was very angry, i then tried to get throgh to them for about another 3 weeks. Finally i got through to them and i asked to please cancel my plan.
First i asked why they never sent me a contract and their responce was the contract was verbally! Really?
I ordered these phones through online! When i receive the packages at home there was no contract!
I told the guy all this and he said fine i won't charge you deactivation charge of $500. He did say i will mail you the contract anyway.
Well about 1 month later i receive the enourmous bill and no contract!
They did charge me for deactivation charge!
I am so displease with this company!
They are liars!
