MCI Worldcom Wireless is bullshitting all of their customer

My name is Wally Tran living in Santa Ana, California. I been using a cellular phone for roughly 8 years. Six months ago I wanted to get a phone for my wife and because of a prefer I signed a one year contract with worldcom. I soon realize that worldcom billing is horrible. They always post their payment late and demand their customers to pay ASAP upon received. I am a very responsible with all my payments but they never posted the payments up to date. Since worldcom buy service from AT&T, MCI, and Cingular most people don't really know that and as a result worldcom customers don't have any option packages like text message or wireless webs access. I can't even dial a 611 from my cellphone to talk to a representative. I have call a 800 number and put on hold for an average of more than 30 mins to talk to a rep. Once I was on hold for over 2 hours. Worldcom rep. Don't know what they are talking about and they can't help their customers at all. All they know how to do is give out excuses and blame that their computer is down so they can't access a customer account right now. They only open in the day not like 24 hours like AT&T and MCI. I decided to close the account and willing to pay for the early termination fee of $150 dollars. But I was wrong, worldcom demand me to pay $250 dollars to terminate my contract. This is unreal, I spoke the store I bought the phone with they told me it was $200 dollars. I was mislead all this time, first I though it was $150 like any other wireless service provider and it's like $250 bucks. I figured that I still have 6 more months left so I decided to lower my plan down from $39.99/mon to $19.99/mon and just put that phone away not to used it until the contract is over then cancel it. At least that's only 6 times $19.99/mon is better than $250 dollars. I call up worldcom to request for the changes, they told me they have changed my plan down, give me a confirmation number so I though it was alright, not as bad. I waited until I receive the next bill, my rate plan was still the same. I was mad, so I try to dispute it at the store I got the phone, they finally told me again they changed it then my next bill come, it's still the same. I have call worldcom reps over 20 times up to today but they did not do anything about it. At first they told me that I can't downgrade my calling plans, then they don't have any small plans like that right now and I have to wait. Worldcom would give me a different pieces of info everytime I called. Worldcom supervisors also lie to me too. I know a lot of people that got ripped off like me too because I heard the rumor. We have got to do something. I hope this worldcom company to go bankrupt because they can't cheat their customers like that.
