For the last five years or so I have been ordering from this company. We stocked their car audio products and order other products as customers had needs. This worked great except for a a few orders getting messed up. Not shipping on time, not right products being sent, and a lot of deffective products.
Last year they contact the business that I rent from and convinced them to buy from them. They proceed to give them my account number. So for the last year both business where using the same account number. I did not like this but atleast I could still get the product when I needed it.
Last week, the sales rep called me and asked me to consider buying TV. I proceed to check it out online and found that my account was closed. When I called to question them on this I found out that the other business had closed me out of my account. When I spoke with an account representive (same on I have been speaking with for the last 4 years) to correct the issue, she refused to assist me.
I find the practice of giving my account away very offense and a poor way of doing business. To get my account re-established I need to start the process all over - fill-out a credit application, apply for credit, etc. All of which I have already done. The fact that they contact the business I rent from also poor practice.
I think I will take my business else where.
