I had been receiving products from meaningful beauty for about nine months, with deliveried arriving to my home every 3 months. They were late in delivering my last shipment and so I called in February where I was told I will get the products in the next two weeks and will not be charged for these products as a way of apologizing for delaying delivery to a good customer. It is March 21 and I still haven’t received anything, so I called to ask where my products were. Since they ad my credit card info and my address I asked them to bill e for my regular products and just o deliver them to me soon since ran out a while back. The customer representative agrees but states that she has to connect me with the billling / finance department to confirm my info. I told her she already had all the info there, but she insisted that someone from their department had put my account in closed accounts and I needed to reopen it. I agreed to speak to them to confirm my address and credit card number. I was put through to finance who already had all the info, after confirming everything se said that she will bill me triple the expected rice. I asked her why and she said since she is opening a new account for me I have to get all set of 5 products. I explained to her that my skin is sensitive to those other products and that I still had them at home where I am unable to use them. She insisted that my account is considered a new account since their system closed me already for the fact that the company could not supply me with the products in time and so could not bill me (all this happening without my knowledge or request), and that i needed to buy a beginner product of 5 piece at products for 3 payment of $29, although what I need was only 2 products out of five. I tried t reason with her but she remained very firm in her decision that even if I don’t need and I can’t use those extra products I should still buy them.
