On Jan. 21, I ordered a product from J.D. Marvel Products Inc. This product had been advertised in our local Sunday paper. We responded thru the internet and place a order for a ClearVue Indoor Mini-Dish Signal Booster for 17.90 including shipping.
On the same day I received confirmation that my purchase had been approved. Since this time it has appeared on our credit card and we have yet to receive product. This is very poor and un-timely service from any mail order company.
This is not a company I would suggest anyone to do business with.
If we all conducted business in this way we would not be in business. I would like to either have the merchandise or have my account credited.
