It is impossible to cancel the service. I ahve spent over 3 and 1/2 hours over the past several days trying to cancel this terrible company.in fact I was just on hold for 35 minutes for supposedly the department that I was transferred to for cancellation only to be told that this person did not have the authority to cancel. That is the response that I have gotten from every person including supervisors. I have been told people will call me back. Never get returned calls. You wait on hold forever, and are either hung up on, told to call a different number. You are told you need to call customer management department, yet always get customer care and one again are told that they do not have the authority to cancel. I have just spent 55 minutes between being on hold and talking to a customer care rep (again) after being transfered to from someone who said that they could help me, again told that they do not have the authority. They could not give me a corporate address. This person was not from am out of the country customer service call center. I have faxed, (you have to dig deep into the website, employment page to find a fax #) emailed, called, putting everyone on notice that I wanted to terminate this service, yet I have been billed again. I sit here now, wondering what to do next. Do not do business with this company. Worst ever that I have dealt with.
