I contacted the moving broker The Moving experts and spoke with Ira who recommended Diamond Van Lines to move my household goods from Orlando, FL to Philadelphia, PA in December. I specifically asked her about their business practices and she assured me that there was never a problem with them and if there had been, she would not have recommended them to me. I have since found out that they had complaints with the Better Business Bureau before!!! I wired $4,700.00 for my goods to be shipped and have yet to receive my complete shipment.in February, I received part of my household goods from Diamond Van Lines which were damaged. I didn't receive the remainder of my goods and contacted Sam at Diamond Van Lines to complain. He has been assuring me and THE MOVING EXPERTS that he would send the rest of my shipment as soon as he had another shipment coming to my area. That was a month and half ago!
The Moving Experts will take no responsibilty in honoring the contract that I have with their comppany. The Moving Experts and Diamond Van Lines have been paid IN FULL via wire transfer and credit card and I have not received 1/4 of my household goods as of 4/28/06. The goods that I did receive were damaged as well. Do not use the moving experts, inc., or diamond van lines! They will take your money and not honor their contract!!!
