We were forced to buy insurance on our household goods they were moving from Ft. Lauderdale to Phoenix. This was to cover lost, stolen and damaged goods. They damaged two pieces of furniture, lost a bed frame and we had 5 watches and $260 dollars stolen while the goods were in their possession.
We filed a claim and it was denied because the parent company, Stevens Worldwide Van Lines said the goods were in their{Cousins} possession and they are responsible. Cousins laughed and[ Matt] said any complaints were welcome because any publicity was good publicity.
