We paid over $ 7300 for my daughter's wedding & people had to leave because the gnats were so bad. I have e-mailed the owner & told her how upset I was especially when my step daughter had to go to the doctors for these gnat bites and everyone told me how horrible the bugs were. The wedding it self was beautiful, but the service was horrible, bugs in our drinks & food & my daughter had no one to throw her bouquet to because everyone left early), & she was near tears. They picked up the food 45 minutes early & the band quit early (because staff couldn't even stand the bugs. The owner had 2 bug machines in the front of her place but they were not used. I have asked her to give me a refund of $1,300 (45 minutes lost) plus the cost of the doctor bill and medication and she refuse to get back to me. She has bounced all my e-mails back to me. She knows I am with in my rights to ask for this refund. So I'm going to see a lawyer. My daughter's wedding was almost ruined, it wasn't the wedding we had hoped for & I'm not being unreasonable!!
