This is got to be the worst phone company in the world. I have not received a bill for phone service from them since August. Each month I have to cal them and ask how muchmyphone bill is. I recently moved and was told that my phoneservice would be active the day I moved into my new residence. Not only waas the srvicenot conntcted, but they charged me $48.00 to transfer the service to the new address. Aftre we moved in I had to have the call waiting, etc. Removed because it was interferring my my son's monitor ad they chaged me $27.00 to disconnect that, in addition I lost the ability to call long distance. They also didn't give me any credit for the phone being off fr a whole week after I changed residences.
