To make a long and frustrating story short for my house number in a nutshell today was the 5th time i had to call in to complain about my bill
That's 5 bills
Seems every time i get a bill from them since i moved 5 months ago, the bill had charged me hundreds of dollars for a service that i am supposed to get for 45 bucks per month
Every time I call they say it'll be fixed and they credit the acct and then next bill comes and i have to go thru it again
THE FIRST BILL WAS FOR $600 and they say that they put me into a long distance plan and not the unlimited plan but wouldn't take off the company callwave that charged me for a service i never used when today a rep reversed the charges
On top of 2 companies i told to cancel me because i havent used their service
