In 1986 my mother had a brain hemorrhage from an aneurysm and two strokes, the past 7 months my mother has been declining, she has only a quarter of a kidney left and has had to have blood given to her. My father has dementia and Alzheimer's but not bad enough to get him commited according to the attorneys. Six months ago my father decided to sell there house and move to Montana. He plans to live in a 30' motorhome with an invalid and build a new house. Family and doctors cannot convince him otherwise. My brother and sisters told the real estate office about my mother and fathers situation and asked them to wait for a few months as the doctors recently said my mother only had a short time left. The office agreed that it would be best BUT the listing agent had a fit and went to our father. She found him and attorney to fight us and has been helping him since. An offer has been made on my fathers house and my father told me that the real estate agent was worried that his kids would pull something to stop the sale and has offered to help him fight us. During this time of upheaval my mother has been in the hospital twice and Hospice has been stopping in at home. She can only stay a wake for a few minutes and sleeps most of the time. The listing agent knows all of this! And still agrees with my father that she's getting better and can moved to Montana even though the doctor says DON'T DO IT!!! This person has no ethics and in my opinion has clearly stepped over the line.
