Anastasia Michaels is an attorney whose office is located at: Spring Ridge Professinal Park Suite 101 9099 Ridgefield Drive, Fredrick, MD21701.in reguards to my father's estate, she aided my ex - step mother in deliberately taking advantage of me during a time of severe mouring. To sum things up, I was the personal representative (executor of the will) of my father's estate and my ex-Step mother was the beneficiary. Being that I was naive and in mourinng, I did not think anything of my ex - step mother taking me to her attorney so that I would do whatever they wanted. Anastasia Michaels told me that she was representing both my ex-step mother and me at the same time... Which is as I realize now... An inherent and obvious conflict of interest. She tried to take the executorship (which basically gives complete power of the Will) away from me and give it to my ex-step mother. Being naive and sad and not knowing any better, I consented. She did this without going through the proper channels of the appropriate court. She tried to sell off the real estate using this illegal transfer of personal representative. Fortuneatley, the real estate attorneys involved did not accept the fraudulent document. I still was forced to sell the property however, and lost half of its equity.
