I signed up for a free sample of Hoodia and my credit card was charged the postage, which I expected. Then I recieved a charge on my next statement where Ecurves enrolled me twice into the club, and charged me twice. When I contacted the company, I was told I could not cancel the memberships because it is free now. I asked to have my name taken off and the operator said I couldn't do that because there is no charge now. I never recieved a notice from the company that they would charge my credit card or any information about obtaining access to the website that I had paid two memberships for. I could not get a cancellation number and when I asked to talk to a supervisor, the operator said she was the supervisor and the only people above her are the owners and I couldn't speak to them. My credit card company took off one charge, but could not take off the other one.
