Had ordered 3 shirts on Feb. 27th for a new sales rep I had hired, however, these shirts were never sent to me. I called Joe on Monday March 6th to follow up on the order. Joe then said that his vendor delivered the wrong shirts and promised that the order will go out on Friday March 10th. I then get this email from Joe...

Sir, We cannot send your 3 shirts out till Monday. Please let me know today if you want to proceede or cancel the order. We run off a 7 working day sew schedule and we do not promise beyond that. We charge very little for our shirts and must produce alot to be profitable. Our business depends on giving the highest quality we can to our customers. Our business depends on reasonable customers as well.

Our product is embroidered and is different than printing, embroidery is different on every garment. Please, I want to be reasonable and fair. I don't want to change delivery promises to all customers because I am bound to a few. Things happen, mistakes, sickness, machine breakdows etc... We depend on our customers to understand this and the customers we have had for years do. We do not want to promise longer delivery times to everyone because of a few customers. There are embroidery shops that offer expedited shipping to thier customers.
We do not promise expited shipping but offer a seven working day sew schedule, sometimes mistakes, machine breakdowns, illness etc. Cause us to ship in 10 days. We do the best we can. I do not need arguments and strife in my business. We do the best we can and that is good enough for our over 1200 reordering customers per year. Thank you very much, Joe

I had then emailed him back saying that I still want to go ahead with the order. That was the last I heard from him.

I dont find him to be a very reliable business owner. I gave him a 7 day sew schedule the 1st time.in return I was lied to about him getting the wrong shipment from his shirt vendor. I gave him another chance to do business with him. But once again...

Settlement Explanation:
I feel that Casa Maria's business practices should be closely examined. I dont want other business owners to be laft hanging as I was. It's very sad that I had to virtualy BEG to do business with this company.

I would also like the digitized logo of both the front and back of my shirt, which I had already paid for in the 1st order of my shirts. Joe had told me that his prices include digitizing. That means that I had paid for the digitizing. Therefore that belongs to me.
