I ordered two shirts on 16 Nov, and paid the same day. Delivery was promised within a week, but the order only shipped 21 Dec - over a month later.
When I got the order, the quality of the goods was terrible. One shirt was the wrong size. The print quality on the other shirt was pathetic. Both shirts have the Lekka Labels logo printed on the sleeves. They didn't say anything about branding their products up-front.
Kobus replied to my request for a quote the next day, but when I was asking when my order would be shipped, he didn't respond to my emails, sms's or phone calls. Only when I posted a public complaint on his website did I get a delivery date.
They say that they are professionals, but the quality of the service and the goods proves they are just amateurs.
I will never order from them again.
