I am writing because I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son's bithday. I ordered them on december 13. The transaction was completed immediately.
On december 28. My package was instead delivered to the seller and I never recieved my package or my refund. I filed a complaint with paypal and they advised me that they were trying to refund my money and that they had determined that the seller has been found engaged in some kind of fraud and didn't have the sufficient funds in their account to refund me. Unfortunately I am seeking legal action against paypal as well as the seller.
Paypal led me as well as others to believe that our transactions were safe and they weren't. It is now April and paypal has the nerve to have my complaint labled as "CASE CLOSED". I feel my case is far from closed. I want all to beware of paypal and their sellers who are "VERIFIED".
