I had placed an order on line to "try", this was a trial of the product of lean life pm. Upon the trial you must provide your checking acct# or your credit card# to place the order, which is $6.95 for shipment. I received my trial order on 10/06/05 or 10/07/05. Unknowningly, to me i was then shipped an order of lean life pm which was shipment# 2502212 & i refused delivery on the package when it arrived at the post office, unopened, and i called the customer service ph# 909 930 3087. I talked to cherry, on 11/08/05. I told her i received a shipment, that i did not order, nor wanted & was refusing the delivery on, and that it was returned back 11/07/05 from the post office. I told her i just wanted it noted on my account & that i want whatever offers they had as cancelled. My checking account had been debited $99.90.
I have tried to contact their customer service phone# about 10 times, it is either busy & no one answers due to they are busy or very high call volume at the time & i have held for at lease 10-15 minutes & it then goes into voicemail, i have left several messages that i am calling about my return shipment of product that i didnt order & that they owe me $99.90. I did get one response from someone that had called & left me a message on my answering machine, however, they didnt leave another call back phone# or what they intended to do. To this day i still have been unable to get through to a live person, when i call, and i still have never been reimbursed for the money. One of my messages i did leave i told them i would be contacting the bbb in california, and filing complaints about their business practices.
