After agreeing to the "free" trial offer the website asked if I'd like express service for an addional $2.00, I okayed. Then another $1.25 was debited from my account from Lean Living in Las Vegas, a "companion" product.
Less than 30 days from the sign-up date Wu-Yi Source debited $29.95 from my bank and (866) 449-5567 was posted on my statement & only a recorded message staing cancellations must be written to [email protected], one email got through, subsequent emails were returned with failed delivery status. No shipment received. The companion product charged $19.95 also
14 days later Wu-Yi Source debited another $34.40-still no shipment & after a call today the email address has been changed in order to cancel to [email protected].
I spoke with Lean living customer support just now & they Said they would reimburse the $19.95-we'll see.
Emailed Mark @ Wu-Yi, we'll see.
