Dishonest billing Idently fraud

An individual has somehow obtained my bank number, and charged her phone to my account. She lives in Missouri and I in Califonia.

I have given her ss number and name to T-Mobile to stop this. I have filed a police report, and report with the D.A., FTC and all credit agency, and my own Bank.

There risk assessment team has NEVER returned my call nor will anyone do anything. Her phone is still active. The Bank has returned the last months money of $994 but I will be out about 2,000. I started this action on March 15 and have filed a report 3 times with T-Mobile they tell my they will return my call in 24 hours.

It is my own stupid fault. I had a stroke and was unable to read my bank statement for about 4 months. I know I will not get the money back.

This is the 3rd time in four years that this same person has done this only with T-Mobile. I must each time close my bank account and open a new one.

After reading your site I can see how bad T-Mobile is and understand a little better why they as such fraud.
