Had a cell phone for daughter and her grades dropped and I had phone shut off till grades brought back up. Spoke with Sprint every month for 2 1/2 months made arrangements to pay the bill in full on March 11 and reactivate the phone. I phoned Sprint on March 10 to pay early and surprise my daughter that weekend with the phone. Notes in computer stated that arrangements were made but it was already turned over to inside collection agency and I had to talk to Sprint collections. I spoke with them they refused to take off the early contract fee and take my payment in full. They said it was already turned over to an outside collection agency. Those folks finally called me - were very ugly to me in fact stated and I quote, when I said if they called me again at work I would hire an attorney for harrassment, "you cant pay your cell phone bill how in the heck can you afford an attorney". I then got ugly right back with them and told them they won't get one dime from me and they refused my offer to pay $20.00 a week. I have yet to receive on piece of paper from the collection agency and now they are calling my home phone all the time. Sprint refuses to do anything infact the last lady that I spoke with told me they always have complaints about the collection agency!!! Will not ever use them again, will boycott them to every person and business I know.
