I called my bank today to dispute this item and they closed my debit card down and I am using another account that I had and rarely used. I gave the bank all the names this company is using and they are forwarding the information to their fraud department.
If you get a new card and this company is using the same preauthorization they used for the first charges they will be able to charge you on the new card. Preauthorizations follow to the new card number.
My bank said the only way to stop them might be to close your checking account and get a new one.
I had previously called and cancelled with Burnfat2 and received a cancellation number. Always ask for that information. I called back today after reading the horror stories on here and told them I wanted to make sure I was cancelled from ecurves, hoodia and leanlifepm. I was told my cancellation number covered everything. She said call back if you get another charge. I noticed on their website that there is a different customer service number for ecurves but they are only open monday thru friday, I will call it first thing Monday.
By the way they changed their customer service number from the 909 number to 1-866-370-7271 and the customer service for ecurves is 1-800-757-1279. They also told me that to get a refund the product needs to be returned to 2060 E Francis Street Ontario, CA 91761. If it were me I would not refuse I would send return receipt requested so you have proof you returned it.
