Complaint / Review
Tru Genix Hoodia, Ecurves Clubhouse Or E Fitness Clubhouse
Ripoff

In January I had received an email to receive a free bottle of Hoodia. All I had to do is pay shipinG and handling of $8.97. So I checked out where I filled all my information out and there wasn't anything there to make me beleive that I was in any kind of membership or anything, to make sure I cancel if I didn't like the product. There wasn't anything such thing. After filling everything out something flashed on my scene for a second which I didn't have enough time to read any of it. So when the bottle came I was looking for something in with the pills LIKE a phone number. NOTHING

On February 15th I noticed my account was charged $46.90 and there was a 800 number by it, so I called the 800 number and told them to cancel me and don't touch my account again. They told me I had to cancel thought Ecurves Clubhouse. I went on line found ecurves and there was place you were suppose to log in but no one gave me a login name and password. I notice a place in there web site that said contact us, so I clicked on that and filled out my name, address and wrote and told them I didn't really know what I was a member of with them, but please cancel what ever it is I had and do not touch my bank account. Then on February 20th they took out $28.97 of my account for Ecurves. So I thought it should be canceled now. ON March 17th Tru Genix took out another $46.90, I was searching around the internet and when I put in Ecurvesclubhouse I found this site (Bad Business RIP OFF) and I found I wasn't the only one and they say to go to your bank and cancel your account, and I did and found out that there was a charge pending for $28.97 for Ecurves Clubhouse. I filled out everything I could at the bank about these two companies (which is really 1) and canceled my account at the bank so they couldn't touch it anymore. That same day I receved a letter from Ecurves with a user name and passcode. But I figured I already wrote them at there web site let the bank do the rest.
Bank called me and told me to go on line and use the username and passcode and cancel that they had talked to them and thats the only way they said I cancel. So i did. That same day I receved another bottle of Hoodia. I called the bank and they said to send it back but make sure the postal service would have proof of them getting it. After getting proof I called Tru Genix and they told me they take all their returns and throw them away they wouldn't have any proof that I returned it. I told them I do from the postal service and I want my money back and they said sorry I can't get it back so now today I have to go back to the bank and show them the proof from the postal service. I don't know whats going to happen next but PLEASE people don't let these people do this to you. If I have to I'm gonna call the local tv scam center and see if they can help me. I WILL GET THEM ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.
