I placed an order with this company on February 22nd. My credit card has already been charged, and I have yet to receive my merchandise. When I go online to check the status of my order it shows that it is still in the shipping process. I contacted the company about this and the lady was very rude to me. Unfortunately I did not get her name. They make you wait on the line for a very long time. I have worked in customer service, and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated. They need to be thankful, because if it wasn't for us, they wouldn't have a job!!!
