I requested service and American Homeshield sent out, an unqualified service company to repair my toilet and sink. One service company never even showed or called. The one that repaired or try to repair the toilet, installed a low grade toilet that didn't even match the bathroom, being my wife's bathroom, and didn't even secure it to the floor. It rocked back and forth..
The sink leak is still not repaired and they have sent out three service companies that didn't even show. This is the ultimate rip off and I'm going to sue. American Homeshield was contacted 22 times and each time I had to start all over again Please do not get their contract
