This so called plumber sent a novice to repair a leaking toilet. They charged me $260. That was bad enough, but it wasn't repaired properly and the toilet continued to leak. They came out a second time and again, it was not repaired properly. I then found another individual to try to fix the toilet and guess what, he repaired it properly. The owner will not refund any of my money saying he has the registered plumbers notes. This guy is a real joke and anyone using him has to be a real fool.
