I purchased two Motorola Razor phones in OCtober with the understanding I would receive a total of $400 of rebates for the deal. I completed all necessary forms and submitted copious material to them only to receive a runaround.
I have been told by InPhonic operators that my checks were in the mail, that I had already been paid, and finally that my rebates were processing. Their cusomer service number is always busy and their rebate wesite is down. Permanently evidently.
I am looking into filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission at the reccomendation of the Missouri Attorney General's Office. These rebates are over two months overdue and I would have never done business with Wirefly.com or their parent company Inphonic had I known they would not honor their promises.
