I bought a $3000 laptop that was broken out of the box with a defective wireless. Customer Service failed to find out the problem until after the warranty was up. Then, even after acknowledging the wireless shipped defective, they would not replace it.
In just over a year, the video card burned out. They refused to replace it so I bought a new video card for $400. The new video card burned out in less than 3 months, and now they refuse to honor a 1-year warranty on replacement parts.
I spent close to $4000 on a laptop from this company that didn't last much more than a year. I have been building PCs for years, and I have never, ever, come across a company that ships worse products.
Their laptop issues are so bad there is a class action pending. I can only hope to recoup my money this way.
