Refuses to replace defective merchandise, now refund of monies due to lack communications

Failure to replace defective merchandise, now ignoring refund request.

Emailed Gift Warehouse on Dec 30 notifying of defect which is blotchyness of glass on the inside of the frame. Looks as if someone sprayed oil on glass. Product is unsuitable for mounting on wall as an art piece. Digital photos do not show defect well only seen by naked eye. Four emails sent to GW, two were replied to stating they would honor my request in 1-2 business days. Nothing has happened. GW (Carol) even phoned me on Jan 8, promising twice to honor my request the next day. Nothing has been heard from GW since. Last two emails requesting refund have been ignored! Have called the 800 twice only to be transferred to a deadline and disconnected.
