Last fall rent-a-center sold us an xbox360 and an HD TV. The XBOX had a broken remote and a broken disc tray. For three weeks we tried to get the parts replaced. They kept charging us for equipment we could not use. They new the system was broken when they sold it to us and they said they would fix it and replace the game controller in a couple of days. The manager mike even suggested that we go out and replace the broken controller ourselves. The television came without the remote which we had to have to program it. We called on numerous occasions to try and get the things replaced. They never did anything. We refused to continue paying for defective merchandise and told them to pick it up. Now they are ruining our credit. I payed several payments for something I could never use and I want my money back.
