Ordered (and received) complete set of M*A*S*H DVDs. One DVD is defective: 3 different episodes abort, the last during opening credits.
Best-Box-Sets.com promises replacement of defective item (#3 at http://www.best-box-sets.com/information.php? Info_id=1) and clearly describes the procedure for return and replacement of defective item.
My first request for replacement (submitted from Best-Box-Sets.com "contact us" webpage) prompted an automated email reply with a list of FAQs (no help whatsoever!) and my subsequent 3 requests for replacement were not answered at all.
None of the website pages list a customer service contact (email address, telephone number) or postal address — no way to get hold of anybody!
