I responded to an email sent to me around Oct 9th. 2005 that I had received a free lap top if I would complete a survey and show interest in 3 of their items. I agreed to try a free trial of Lean Life pm, although I had to pay shipping of 6.95. They charged that to my account and now have charged an additional 99.90. I tried numerous times to call and email them before my 14 day free trial period was up and no one ever responded to my attempts to call them until November 6. When I noticed that they had debited my account again, this time for 99.90 I immediately reported it to my bank. They gave me a provisional credit at the time but have since reversed that because of a time limitation. I am still working with them because they actually got a letter from Lean Life PM that they had cancelled my subscription and were going to reverse the charges on 11/28/05 but they have still not done this. I have been told by the one and only real person that I have ever talked to that she couldn't handle complaints about charges by phone that I would have to do that by email or written letter of which I have done both with the latest on 1/25/06 and still no response. I don't want to see them continue to rip people off. I did also file a claim with BBB.
