There needs to be a class action law suit against Lean Life PM.
I ordered the free trial of Lean Life PM for $6.95 S&H on Sept. 10 on Sept. 24 a charge was made to my Discover Card for $99.90 for an autoshipment I did not agree too. On Oct. 1 I noticed the charge to my account and contacted Lean Life PM via phone to complain and cancell all shipments. On Oct. 3 both the 7 day free trial bottle and the 3 mo. Autoshipment arrived in the mail wrapped in a rubberband. Where is my 7 day free trial??? I immediately contacted my Discover Card and they advised me to return the autoshipment via certified mail with delivery confirmation, I did so on Oct. 4 and delivery was confirmed Oct. 6. I have continued to distbute this transaction with Discover Card only to have the credit to my account reversed 3 times, last I spoke with Discover Card the woman said she can no longer help me in this matter. Also, I have not had any luck speaking to a live person on the phone or via e-mail with Lean Life PM. Now I am not only do not have my money $99.90, but I don't have the product either. I have filed a consumer complaint today Feb. 23. I beleive that it is in the peoples best interest to file a class action law suit.
