I signed up for the "Free 7 day trial" only so I could get a free gift card from a survey site. The ad says pay only $6.95 for shipping. Immediately after I gave them my card # I had a bad feeling so I did a google search on Lean Life and found all these people who said the company was a fraud. So, I immediately sent an e-mail to Lean Life and told them that I changed my mind and for them to not send the sample or charge my card. I did not get a response and a week later I received the sample bottle. I have since then wrote them 15 e-mails telling them to respond to me and that I do not want to be on their automated program nor did I even want the sample.
Well, I was checking my bank statement today and realized that they charged my debit card $99.90. Not only have I not received another shipment, I do not want it! They caused my bank account to overdraft and now I have fees from my bank for that. I found a phone number for Lean Life (not toll free, of course) and I have called 3 times (long distance charges) only to be put on hold for over 10 minutes each time and then asked to leave my phone # and someone would call me back. I have yet to speak to anyone and they have refused to respond to my emails as well. I have contacted my bank and they filed a dispute. Please do not let these theives rip you off as they have me and so many other innocent people.
