My wifes personal checking account was "attacked" by un-authorized deductions by Teliflex. This caused her to overdraft and included additional overdraft fees. She caught it when the bank mailed a letter telling her that she had done so. She knows that she had never given any personal information such as her Checking Account # and such to a telemarketer. So how they got this we have no way of knowing. Their website says you need an ID# to cancel by e-mail (We don't have any idea what it is since this company has never sent us anything in the mail). They don't answer their own phones except with an automated message, saying they will call you back. I have no idea how a company that can promote excellent phone service, cannot even answer their own phones. Personally, we don't understand why would we sign up for something like their unlimited long distance service, since we seldom make 10 mins of long distance calls in any month.
