I would like to write this letter regarding the fact that I have been billed 49.95 $ a month since September for the Teliflex (long distance company) and also for freedomgold (149.95 then 9.95 for each month following) without my notice.
Back to last August, I received a phone call, and I agreed to join service with the condition that I would have received the written documents as well as all the instructions of how to use the unlimited long distance. However, I never received such package and I never use your service since then. I am unaware that they have been taking money automatically from my account until now.
