I ordered 2 in stock Lord of the Rings figures on January 21 which have gone up in price significantly since I ordered them, I received an order # which is 128743 but never recieceved the figures which are still in stock according to the website. I have sent multiple emails with my order number in the past 2 weeks but have heard nothing back, the response emails I have gotten are the automatic response saying they have recieved my email and will reply in 1-2 bussines days, which seems more 1-2 bussines months.
I just want to know what is going on with my order, has it been sent, was it cancelled or what, Please let me know.
