Took a charge of $19.05 off my credit card with out authorization Ripoff

I just received my credit card bill, i just had a new dish installation... Don't know if that had any thing to do with this, but there is an unauthorized charge of $ 19.05 on my bill from eclub marketing i am going to get in touch with my credit card company immediately.
