Billed for someone else's account. Tried to charge me for thousands of dollars more than I actually owe St. Cloud

Tried to charge me for a different account that was not mine. Sent me a bill for $7000.00 more than I actually owe. Customer Service people are very rude. Their merchandise does not last long. Falls apart within a short period of time.
