We have had to cancel orders that we have written a check for because it was not ordered promptly, and were not allowed to use that credit to order more merchandise, but instead they kept our money for 3 months before sending us a check.
WE returned a Washer, & a broken cabinet, in Sept. 05; it is now 1-24-06. We still have not recieved those moneys and are paying interest on some of them.
We were also charged twice for installation on kitchen cabinets we ordered on 9-13-05. We did not realize this until we went to install them the first week of Jan. 06. The amount $509 when we notified them 2 weeks ago was supposed to be credited back to our credit card. It has still not been done, and on the 1-24-06 we were told that a check for all of these things is sitting on Rebecca's desk waiting for the owners signature.
These things all come to around aprox. $1500 Dollars without taking into account the interest we have been paying for 3 and now 4 months on $1,000. No one has offered to pay us that either.
Every time we speak with anyone there we get a run around, and still have to pay for whatever we order even though they have more than enough money that they owe us to cover the cost of it. I really do not know what to do at this point. I just wish the Direct Buy Company would revoke this franchise, and sell it to someone else.
