We ordered new kitchen cabinets from Ace Kitchen Direct, LLC. They were delivered and assembled in our home. Some of the cabinets already had holes in them from prior use. Three of them had other customer's names written on the back. The wood was warped, splintering, chipped, all different colors, cracked, dented, cheap! They looked like a kid spray painted them in a garage.
We immediately returned them and disputed our credit card. A few weeks later they said they "fixed" them and wanted to redeliver them! They were worse than the 18 year old cabinets that we threw in the dumpster and refused delivery.
A few months later, they decided to cancel our granite countertop contract and said they'd refund my deposit of $2200.00. I had written them a check. I called to find out when they mailed my check and was told that Annie Feng decided she was going to keep our money, instead! She will not return our phone calls and has not sent our money.
This company is a disgrace. They are liars, unethical, sell defective old cabinets, are very unprofessional and STOLE OUR MONEY! Do not waste your time or money with this company. They will RIP YOU OFF!
