I previously moved and transfered services to gexa. I had a previous balance of $86.82 from that address so around December after about an hour wait, I finally got connected to customer service which told me that in order to pay the previous balance I had to pay also my current charges of $163.89 to total the amount of $250.71 and that I'd be paid up until the next bill. Well I receive a bill in the amount of $434.41 within a few days. After review of the bill the amount paid never posted to the account instead the amount of $86.82 was subtracted from the $163.89 leaving a balance of $77.07 then out of nowhere a current charge of $357.34 was added to the $77.07 which left a total of $434.41. I analyzed the bill and noticed there mistakes and later called them and a customer service rep notice the mistakes and said that the charges would be taken care of, O.K.
Next thing I know they send a bill for $270.52 which they say is pass due but never had they cleared up the mistakes that were made. If any one knows someone who can help me get this issue resolved and lobby to put them out of service please reply. It's a shame when a company well rob the common worker like a street thug and not be punished.
