I was going to online to pay my Qwest phone bill and right away I notice my bill is over $100. I call Qwest and they told me that Intrgretel had billed you these to charges of 40.00 each on two different days. One charge was on Thankgiving day—all day I was cooking and cleaning, cause I work the night shift. Did not go on computer at all. The second charge was on the Saturday moring around 2:02 am while am at work. I was so mad when I talk to Integretel Rep—the first Rep was beening very rude. I told him that my husband is deployed to Iraq for almost a year and the only person at home is my 7-years old son and I. My son do not have my password to go online or with my permission.

I had him what this charges or software they said I download to my computer is all about—he told me is about sport and something about personal—he was unable to explain to me what is was all about&I don't even know myself. So, he said he will credit me the full amount back to my Qwest account, and also block all 900-services. I don't have extra money to pay for stuff that I don't use. I would use the money to buy food, cloth, and toy our son and self. I will put out work about this company to friend, coworker and family to keep their eyes out for this company Integretel.
