Used the services of the company which never fullfilled what was promised on the given receipt. The company ignored most of the phone calls and later on they closed the company and opened with a new name, neglecting all the responsibilities. Found out that they used a 3rd part services from a Brazilian company known as Export Express, which disappeared and ran away back overseas. An additional contact.
